At Blount, we understand that every home has different energy demands. That’s why we offer comprehensive propane services designed to keep your household running smoothly. From initial tank installation to ongoing maintenance and emergency support, our team is committed to delivering quality service with a personal touch.
Our propane delivery service covers a wide area throughout Eastern North Carolina. We work with you to establish a delivery schedule that fits your lifestyle and usage patterns. No more last-minute scrambles or worrying about running out of fuel at the worst possible moment.
The benefits of Automatic Delivery
One of the most convenient services we offer is Automatic Delivery. With this program, you’ll never have to check your tank levels or remember to call for a refill.
Automatic Delivery takes the guesswork out of propane management. Our system tracks your consumption history and adjusts delivery timing based on seasonal changes, weather conditions and your household’s specific needs, scheduling deliveries before you run low. This proactive approach means you can enjoy uninterrupted service without lifting a finger.
Enrolling in Automatic Delivery also protects you from unexpected runouts, which can be both inconvenient and costly. Emergency deliveries often come with premium charges, and running out of propane can cause issues with your heating system that require professional repairs. By staying ahead of your needs, we save you time, stress and money.
Another advantage is budget predictability. When you know deliveries are happening on a regular schedule, you can better plan for propane expenses. Many of our customers also choose pricing and payment options like our Budget Plan, which spreads your propane delivery costs out evenly throughout the year, making it easier for you to manage household finances.
- If your propane tank runs out of propane gas, North Carolina law requires us to perform a leak test and inspection.
- If you are home when we deliver to a tank that’s out of propane, our driver can perform the leak test and inspection for a $35 fee.
- If you are not home during delivery, we will lock out your tank. A service technician will then be dispatched to perform the leak test and inspection, costing $65.
- Automatic Delivery customers will not be charged for this service unless the run-out is due to an unpaid account.
- Call-in customers must notify us when their gauge reads 15% to 20% full and provide at least three business days’ notice for scheduling a propane delivery.
- Failure to follow this policy may result in termination of service without notice.
